Thekkady

Hello,

This weekend I traveled to Thekkady with projects abroad. On friday I went to the bus station and met the projects abroad group. It was hectic and there were lots of people around. There were lots of buses and commotion.

Our hotel was okay. A bit pricey at $1,058 rupees per night. The food was okay. All in all I think this weekend was a bit $$$$###.

We did get to ride an elephant. Our elephants name was Shaunta Kumari and was 35 years old. I found it great. We got to stop and take pictures.
